An account may be opened or funds added to an existing account with Visa, MasterCard, Check/Debit Card by calling 1(800) PAY-TELL (1-800-729-8355), 24 hours a day. To make a payment with a check you will need to complete an account application on our website at www.paytel.com, once your name and address is on file you can make additional payments with a check on our Automated Payment Hotline, by calling 1-800-729-8355.
MoneyGram or Western Union Quick Collect


An account may be opened or funds to an existing account using cash by visiting the nearest MoneyGram or Western Union location. Before sending a payment, please visit our website www.paytel.com or contact Pay-Tel at 1-800-PAY-TELL (1-800-729-8355) to get infromation that is required to fill out the Blue Payment Form.
